All tables will have bowls of crisp celery sticks and crisp carrot sticks, bowls of charoset and nut-free charoset, plain and whole wheat Matzo and one hard-boiled egg with salt water per guest.

Individual homemade sliced gefilte fish with horseradish dip, parsley sprig, cross cut carrot slices and lemon wedges
SECOND COURSE
Traditional matzo ball soup with roasted chicken and fine julienne vegetables

Herb roasted lemon chicken confit with sliced roasted heirloom carrots and sliced tender 18-hour slow roasted brisket of beef with natural gravy, Cauliflower kugel squares
