Conclude Shabbat at the Beck Family Campus with an hour of gentle yoga and movement. Our full selves include mind, body, and spirit. Shabbat invites us to experience all levels of rest and renewal. This afternoon we will learn to listen to the wisdom our bodies have to teach us, and to culminate Shabbat with Havdalah, transitioning into the next week with a renewed body, relaxed mind, and open heart.
4:30pm – Snacks and Schmooze
5:00 – 6:00pm – Yoga
6:00 – 6:15pm – Havdalah
Enjoy all or any of these weekend experiences focused on self-care and spiritual awareness through Jewish song, prayer and movement. This weekend will re-charge your spirit and deepen your connection to Judaism and to the divine spark within you.
