Conclude Shabbat at the Beck Family Campus with an hour of gentle yoga and movement. Our full selves include mind, body, and spirit. Shabbat invites us to experience all levels of rest and renewal. This afternoon we will learn to listen to the wisdom our bodies have to teach us, and to culminate Shabbat with Havdalah, transitioning into the next week with a renewed body, relaxed mind, and open heart.

4:30pm – Snacks and Schmooze

Her love of Yoga and Judaism found their authentic fusion through studies with the Institute for Jewish Spirituality. She also teaches a free yoga class online every Monday morning for IJS that regularly attracts over a hundred participants. She keeps a busy concert performance schedule and is a member of Divas on the Bima, a touring show she founded with three women cantors.
