Pre-K Graduation Rehearsal at Schaefer Family Campus

The Beth El Early Learning Center has arranged for a bus to take our pre-k classes to a graduation rehearsal at the Schaefer Family Campus.

The bus will be making two trips to the Schaefer Family Campus, one for Proud Pandas & Mighty Manatees and the other for Fabulous Foodies, Rainbow Fish & Shining Stars. Please follow the directions for your child’s Pre-K class listed below:

Mighty Manatees & Proud Pandas

• Mighty Manatees & Proud Pandas should arrive at school by 8:30 am.
• Please park and walk your children to the classroom, as carpool will not be available at that time.
• The bus will leave at 8:45 am and arrive at the Schaefer Family Campus around 9:15 am.
• The bus will return to the Beck Family Campus around 10:45 am and both classes will continue with their normal schedule.
• Please pick your child up at their regularly scheduled dismissal time.

Fabulous Foodies, Rainbow Fish & Shining Stars

• Foodies, Rainbow Fish & Shining Stars should arrive at school at their regularly scheduled drop-off time and may utilize carpool.
• The bus will leave the Beck Family Campus at 11:00 am and arrive at the Schaefer Family Campus around 11:30 am.
• The bus will return to the Beck Family Campus around 1:00 pm.
• We will be extending 1:00 pm dismissal for this group so the children will have time to eat their lunch. If you normally pick your child up at 1:00 pm, please pick them up at 1:30 pm.
