Hybrid Event
Shabbat HaGadol, the Sabbath that immediately precedes Passover, guides us to prepare for the celebration of our liberation. This Shabbat we introduce Temple Beth El’s Omer Practice, a seven-week spiritual progression of spiritual self-discovery and liberation leading to the celebration of the gift of Torah on Shavuot. We will explore how Rabbi Karyn Kedar’s seven themes of the Omer can guide us in our own introspection and reflection: Decide, Discern, Choose, Hope, Imagine, Courage, and Pray.
