Onscreen Sarah analyzed and reported on financial markets for Bloomberg News, TV and Radio. In addition, she now utilizes that expertise as a financial advisor. She hosted a weekly podcast called “What Goes Up” and acted as fill-in anchor for Bloomberg TV and Radio. Sarah holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation from the Investments & Wealth Institute through Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and enjoys working with clients on investment and portfolio analysis. Sarah graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan. Sarah appears frequently on Bloomberg, CNBC and Fox Business to discuss capital markets and investing. She’s also been featured in Barron’s.
Bill Siegel is the General Manager of WPTV, the E.W. Scripps-owned NBC affiliate in West Palm Beach. He’s spent more than 20 years in local television, as a journalist and station manager. Prior to WPTV, Siegel was the General Manager of WSFL, Scripps’ CW station in Miami. From 2015-2019, he was a senior director of content strategy for the company, working with a group of Scripps’ local TV stations to implement, evaluate and refine the company’s content strategy. Prior to joining Scripps in 2015, Siegel spent four years as executive news director at WWL, the CBS affiliate in New Orleans. He also worked as assistant news director at WISN in Milwaukee, executive producer at KMOV in St. Louis, executive producer at KENS in San Antonio, Texas, and as a producer at KESQ in Palm Springs, California.
Lois Solomon has been a reporter for the Sun Sentinel for over 20 years. She spent most of this time covering education but has also reported on city and county government, crime, courts and religion. She writes the Sun Sentinel’s “Essential South Florida” weekly newsletter and answers questions about South Florida life in her “Ask Lois” column.
