This is a training ride for cyclists that will likely be riding in the Boca Raton Bicycle Club\, Frank Stark Ride which will be July 23\, 2023. \nRSVP by contacting Mike Simon either by calling or texting 561-271-7797. \nSAVE THE DATE: \nSunday\, July 23\, 2023 at 6:30 am \nTune Cycles \n3500 NW Boca Raton\, (In the Design Center Plaza) \nBoca Raton Bicycle Club\, Frank Stark Ride \nStart & Finish at Tune Cycles. This ride requires a fee and registration. Go to https://my.raceresult.com/238395/ to register. \nThis ride is supported by FHP patrol cars and will have SAG support\, food\, beverages\, and swag. The First groups will be departing at 6:30 am. \n For all rides\, helmets are required. Bring water\, spare tubes and tools to change a tire in case of a flat. \nAfter registering for this ride\, RSVP by contacting Mike Simon either by calling or texting 561-271-7797. \nIf you have not filled out a signed release form\, it is required for participation.
