SUMMARY:Pink Walk at the Beth El Early Learning Center
DESCRIPTION:Sadly\, Breast Cancer has touched many lives in the Jewish community. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month\, on Wednesday\, October 25th\, the Beth El Early Learning Center students will be participating in their very own “Pink Walk” to raise awareness and funds to help end this terrible disease. They will learn all about the mitzvoth of G’milut Chasadim (acting with loving kindness) and Bikkur Cholim (caring & visiting the sick).\n\nThanks to the amazing generosity of our ELC parents\, last year we were able to meet our fundraising goal. In 2023\, we’re looking to beat last year’s goal and raise $1\,750.00 for Susan G. Komen\, the world’s leading breast cancer organization. Follow this link and click the “Donate Now” button on the top right to contribute to this worthy cause and show your children how their efforts can help make a difference in the world.
