SUMMARY:Teacher Assistant Program
DESCRIPTION:Our Teacher Assistants’ (TA’s) work as a partner to the teacher and role model to the students in our classrooms. Ta’s are encouraged to share their skills while leading and also supporting the learning going on in the classrooms. Because these teens are helping younger students learn in a Jewish environment\, we feel its important they are also are Jewish learners themselves. Teens must be enrolled in Teen Beyachad or Tuesday Night Classes in order to be a teacher Assistant. This is a year long Commitment where teens can receive either Community service hours or a stipend paid out twice a year. Participants in this program can choose to work Sundays / Tuesday afternoons or both. \nIf you have any questions about this program\, please email Ross Glinkenhouse.

SUMMARY:Project 24 Informational Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Project 24 began because of the war that started Oct. 7. It is an online global networking organization that anyone and everyone can be a part of helping. While it aims to help those who are suffering in Israel\, their ultimate goal is to promote friendships and connections of Jewish people all over the world. Project 24 is passionate about bringing purpose and meaning back to the lives of those in Israel who have lost so much\, and in the process\, connecting the world’s Jewish community. There is a $24 fee to join\, which allows access into all of the incredible projects being done. \nLearn more about this organization in a special zoom call on Sunday morning\, March 31 at 10am for about one hour. The founders of this organization will share what they have been working on – you can ask questions\, and continue to build a relationship with the people who run it.
