DESCRIPTION:Help pack up the Giving Tree storage units and move into our big\, beautiful 2\,500 square foot dedicated Giving Tree space! There’s enough space for storage\, an office\, and a volunteer project area. \nMeet at 10:00 am at the storage units to empty the Giving Tree storage units and move the items onto the trucks for the last time! From there\, we will caravan to the new Giving Tree warehouse. Together\, we will unload the trucks and begin to organize the space for an amazing and impactful year ahead. \nIt will take approximately 2-3 hours. Must be able to lift and carry boxes and/or other materials. Please bring work gloves if you have them. No open-toed shoes! DESCRIPTION:Every year Palm Beach County students and their families face difficult financial times and are faced with returning to school without necessary supplies. The Giving Tree’s Back to School program fills over 700 local children’s backpacks with supplies they need. \nVolunteer to help pack these backpacks at The Giving Tree\, new location!
