DESCRIPTION:Producer Nancy Spielberg grew up immersed in filmmaking\, working on her brother Steven’s early films as cast and crew. In recent years she has turned her energy and talents to producing documentary films. One of her priorities is to help preserve Jewish stories and make them educational tools for the benefit of younger generations. \nSeven years ago\, Rabbi Jessica Spitalnic Mates developed a friendship with Nathan Hilu\, by then in his 90s. She received a 2016 News and Documentary Emmy Award for her role as co-producer on Best of Enemies as well as a 2021 News and Documentary Emmy for her role as Executive Producer on the 2021 short doc\, The Love Bugs. She contributed to the Academy Award and Grammy Award-winning documentary\, 20 Feet from Stardom (Associate Producer 2013). Recent projects include the Emmy-nominated Netflix series Ugly Delicious (Executive Producer 2019) and the Emmy Award-winning documentary Feels Good Man (Producer 2021).
