Israeli born Idan Chabasov, aka The Challah Prince, had never baked anything until he moved to Berlin. Today, he credits making challah with bringing him out of a dark time and staying grounded. A challah baker like no other, his artistic, meditative approach to challah has taken Instagram by storm.
Paula Shoyer
The Kosher Baker
Paula Shoyer, aka The Kosher Baker, is a French-trained pastry chef who teaches cooking and baking classes all around the world. She is the author of five cookbooks, including “Healthy Jewish Kitchen,” “The Holiday Kosher Baker” and “The Instant Pot Kosher Cookbook,” an is a chef who “takes the calories out of comfort foods.”
