The Board of Trustees establishes congregational policy, Committees, and Advisory groups, such as financial, investment, and development groups. Officers and Trustees are nominated by the Leadership Development and Advisory Group. Nominations are then sent to the current Board for approval. Once approved, nominations are ratified by a vote by the Temple membership at the Annual Meeting.
