David Friedlander was born and raised in the Virginia suburbs of Washington DC. He later attended Indiana University and received Bachelor’s degrees in both International Business and Marketing. Upon graduation, he worked and lived in Chicago for 10 years, during which time, David earned his MBA in Finance from DePaul University.
After having enough of the cold winters, David and wife Mandy moved to south Florida where they continue to live with their two children. David has coached many seasons of his kids’ sports, including baseball and soccer. David has held committee positions with Temple Beth El including Leadership Council, Leadership Development and Governance and he was a former treasurer of Brotherhood. Currently, he is a member of the Wexner Heritage Program. David held a board position with the JCC of the Palm Beaches, a leadership role with the local YMCA Indian Princess group, and completed the Mandel Leadership Institute with the Federation of Palm Beaches. Professionally, David is a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch.
