Susie Federman is a South Florida native and a graduate of Florida Atlantic University. She has spent much of her professional career working with Jewish organizations, where she finds deep fulfillment in helping others connect with their Jewish roots, traditions, and values. She has extensive experience in engagement, program & event planning, customer service, teaching, and mentoring, while contributing to vibrant Jewish communities across Florida, as well as in California and New Mexico.
Susie first joined the Temple Beth El family in September 2023 as a Kindergarten teacher in the Religious School on Sundays. She later became a full-time member of the Engagement & Programming Team, a role that allows her to blend her passion for relationship‑building with her love of creating meaningful experiences. Known for her optimistic, energetic, and nurturing presence, this position is a natural fit, and she is dedicated to helping every member of the community feel welcomed, connected and valued.
Outside of work, Susie enjoys dancing, karaoke, concerts, cruises, and taking her children on fun adventures. She also loves channeling her creativity into custom digital designs and song parodies.
