Susie Federman first joined our Temple Beth El family in September 2023 as a Kindergarten teacher for our Religious School. She then became a full-time staff member on our Engagement & Programming Team.
Susie brings a wealth of knowledge & experience in teaching, mentoring, engagement, program & event planning, and customer service.
She has worked for several Jewish organizations across Florida, New Mexico, and California. Susie finds it a joy to immerse others in Judaic culture and is passionate about helping people connect with Jewish roots and values. With her energetic, optimistic & nurturing spirit, she looks forward to making positive connections with the members of our community and creating meaningful experiences for all.
Susie was born and raised in South Florida. She is a graduate of Stoneman Douglas High School and Florida Atlantic University.
She lives in Central Boca with her husband Jason, their seven children & stepchildren, and their rescue pup, Motley.
For leisure, Susie enjoys dancing, karaoke, concerts, cruises, and working on creative projects such as custom digital designs & song parodies.
