Gina Shugar
Executive VP

Gina Shugar, her husband Greg and their three children, have been members of Temple Beth El since 2013.  They moved to Boca Raton from the Chicago area.

Gina got her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, her law degree from Chicago Kent, and practiced commercial litigation in Chicago immediately thereafter.  She was CEO of an environmental drilling company for four years. She and her husband Greg then founded The Tie Bar, an online men’s accessories brand, in 2004, built it from their basement and eventually sold the company about 10 years later just prior to moving to Boca Raton.

Gina currently holds several volunteer board positions and dedicates a lot of time to improving her tennis game.
