Each with their own leadership structure, our Auxiliary Groups, these organizations bring together members in different groups.
Brotherhood is a group of temple members who build camaraderie and leadership through dynamic social, educational and networking events. Brotherhood also helps provide financial support for Temple programs and causes.

Sisterhood is a group of temple members with the mission to strengthening the voice and connection of the women of Temple Beth El through social, leadership, and fundraising opportunities.

Parenthood is a group of parents dedicated to building success and community among Beth El Early Learning Center families. Parenthood members may serve on various committees such as Social Programs, Book Fair, Staff Appreciation Week, Yearbook and Graduation.
Beth El Teens provides multiple opportunities for teens to become leaders in our community, having moved from a Youth Group board to a Teen Internship structure. Internships focus on different areas of engagement such as Social Media Outreach, Programming, and Peer-to-Peer Reachout. As Beth El Teens widen their scope of programming they have different interest groups, including a book club, a teen band, and more which provide leadership opportunities, reporting back to the teen council.
Parent Tribe provides opportunities to initiate engagement and develop relationships within Temple Beth El and the Religious School. Parent Tribe representatives assist the religious school by communicating to families in their tribe activities that are relevant to them. Parent Tribe representatives are also responsible for organizing family and adult activities within their tribe or the Parent Tribe as a whole. Parent Tribe representatives help bridge families and facilitate communication for temple-wide events.
