Renovated with a modern, neutral color palette and upgraded light fixtures, our facilities at both the Schaefer Family Campus and Beck Family Campus provide gorgeous backdrops for any wedding, bar/bat mitzvah, bris or baby naming. They are also used for temple Shabbat dinners, breakfasts and other events throughout the year.

Yes, anyone can use Temple Beth El for their event. Please contact Artisan Foods at [email protected] or 954-983-5338, to check availability and obtain all of the information to celebrate your special occasion!
While we would love for you to celebrate your family’s special occasion at Temple Beth El, especially as a member, if you have a Saturday morning service, you are NOT required to have your child’s Bar/Bat Mitzvah party at Temple Beth El.
However, if you would like a Saturday evening Havdalah Bar/Bat Mitzvah service, then it is a requirement to have your Saturday evening party at Beth El using one of the approved caterers. See pages 12-14 of our Bar/Bat Mitzvah Handbook for more information.
Please contact Artisan Foods Catering at [email protected] or 954-983-5338 to hear about all of the great options that are available to Temple members.
If you are a Temple Beth El member, there are other options available through alternative catering panel members. Please contact Artisan Foods Catering at [email protected] or 954-983-5338, and they will be happy to share all of the information on what exclusive member options exist and how the process works if you prefer to explore those alternatives.
If you are a Temple Beth El member family and you decide to use an approved caterer that is not Artisan Foods, there is a facility rental fee. Artisan Foods will be able to assist you in navigating that process.
For Temple Beth El member families, if you select Artisan Foods to cater your event, the facility rental fee is waived.
All facility rental fees are reviewed and approved by Temple Beth El.
Facility rental fees vary depending on the day of the week, the time of day, and the room(s) you wish to reserve. The facility rental fee schedule is substantially similar to what the Temple used to charge its members to rent banquet rooms prior to the beginning of our relationship with Artisan Foods.
Having the ability to choose an alternative catering option is exclusive to Temple Beth El member families. As such, the rental fees are in place since Artisan Foods is incurring substantial expenses under their arrangement with Temple Beth El.
Artisan is contributing to the Temple’s costs for expenses such as utilities, trash pick-up, pest control, natural gas and cleaning. Artisan is also participating financially in the renovations to the Social Hall and Atrium enhancements.
They, Artisan, are also assuming operation, maintenance and repair responsibility for all of the commercial food service and storage equipment in the catering kitchen. The other catering panel members available exclusively to Temple member families are not contributing to any of these expenses. The facility rental fees payable to Artisan help defray these capital and operation and maintenance expenses.
