Beth El Circles: Chair Yoga

Join fellow member and yoga teacher Amy Appel for a rejuvenating session of Chair Yoga. This gentle practice is perfect for all levels and focuses on improving balance, mobility, and flexibility. It’s a wonderful way to relax, recharge, and connect with other members in a calm and welcoming space.
No mat needed. Chairs will be provided.
