Nefesh Social Presents Boca Tov – A Shabbat Wellness Experience

Join Nefesh Social for a day of full of wellness, community, and connection! Boca Tov is designed for those in their 20s and 30s to help you slow down, recharge, and experience the restorative spirit of Shabbat in a fresh and meaningful way.

Enjoy a variety of wellness experiences including yoga, HIIT, breathwork, mat pilates, and sauna and cold plunge sessions. Connect with friends, explore local vendors, enjoy food and drinks, and take part in an informal Shabbat experience led by Rabbi Ashira Boxman.

Tickets: $36 per person | $54 for two | $100 for four
