PEACE Palm Beach County and Interfaith Social Justice At Work with Paige Shortsleeves

Temple Beth El is proud to partner with PEACE – People Engaged in Active Community Efforts – and welcome their lead organizer Paige Shortsleeves to our congregation. Founded in 1991, PEACE is made up of 27 congregations of all faiths from throughout Palm Beach County, and uses the power of large numbers of organized people to make a difference. This year, PEACE will be leading an effort to address critical community problems such as immigration enforcement, mental health and affordable housing, and there is a role for us to play.
