On this Shabbat we read the Torah Portion, Chayei Sarah, the life of Sarah, which tells how Abraham honored the life of Sarah. This Friday, in partnership with Sharsheret, a nonprofit dedicated to the support and education of Jewish women facing breast cancer and ovarian cancer. We will wear pink to stand alongside those who are living or have lived with breast cancer.
We will also offer a special birthday blessing to everyone born in the month of November.
