We were looking forward to welcoming Julie Silverstein and Tami Schlossberg, authors of The Chutzpah Girls, traveling from Israel for a conversation with our clergy at our luncheon. Unfortunately, due to the war with Iran, they are no longer able to make the journey.
We hold Julie, Tami, and their families in our hearts. We pray for the safety and security of Am Yisrael, the U.S. service men and women in harm’s way, the people of Iran, and every soul impacted in the region during this frightening time.
In moments like these, we gather.
