Tributes are $30 each. If you placed Tributes while logged in to your ShulCloud account last year, the form will automatically fill those fields in for you. Submission of the form is still required to be included in the Tribute Journal in 2026.
The deadline to submit tributes to be included in the Tribute Journal is 12:00 pm on Monday, August 10.
