Aileen joined Temple Beth El in 2013 as a Development Assistant and today serves as a Senior Associate in the Clergy office and works collaboratively with other departments, congregants and other members of the community as it relates to programming and scheduling for variety of events ranging from B’nai Mitzvahs, Sisterhood, and Adult and Continuing Education programs.
Prior to her position here, Aileen worked in Cleveland, Ohio at Congregation Bethaynu, a Conservative synagogue, for 15 years in a similar fashion and also worked at a Jewish based nursing home and rehabilitation facility in their Foundation department.
Aileen was recognized by her colleagues in 2022 and received the John Rogers Staff Award for Exemplary Professional Service. This award is presented yearly to the person who demonstrates consistent performance and a willingness to go above and beyond.
Aileen enjoys South Florida beaches, reading, and enjoys the company of her cats, friends and family.
