Ronni earned her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Massachusetts and her Master’s Degree at the University of Michigan, both in Middle Eastern Studies. She obtained her Early Childhood Education Degree from San Francisco State University, and earned her Director credential from the Florida Department of Children and Families.
Ronni began her career in Early Childhood Education in 1996. She spent the first 19 years in the field as a classroom teacher at Temple Sinai of Oakland, California as well as Zale Early Learning Center and Torah Tots here in Boca Raton.
Ronni joined the Beth El Early Learning Center Team in 2015 as Assistant Director. In 2019, she was promoted to Director and has served in that role since. Ronni and her family joined Temple Beth El in 2007.
Ronni’s belief is that when children’s emotional, social, cognitive, and physical needs are met they can learn at their own pace and develop both a positive self-image and self-confidence. Only then can they reach their full potential.
