Shayna Martinoff

Development Coordinator

A proud Florida native, Shayna has dedicated her career to the Jewish communal field, bringing passion and purpose to every role she takes on.

Shayna’s journey began with a transformative experience on an Israel Mission through the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. Inspired by her connection to the community, she joined their team as the Missions Coordinator. Eager to expand her impact, Shayna transitioned into fundraising, working with the Young Adult Division to support those in need locally, in Israel, and worldwide.

After moving to Boca Raton in 2009 and attempting to balance motherhood and her commitment to Judaism, she found her calling with PJ Library, where she could nurture her connection to the Jewish community while raising her children.

Her children graduated from the Early Learning Center at Temple Beth El, and Shayna sought a meaningful way to remain part of the temple’s vibrant community. Joining the Development Department felt like a natural next step, allowing her to continue her work in fostering connections with neighbors while supporting the temple’s mission.

Shayna lives in West Boca Raton with her husband, Richard, and their two (almost) teenage daughters. In their free time, they enjoy traveling and taking evening walks with their lovable 107-pound Newfie-Poo.
