Vladimir brings over 20 years of experience in the security industry, with extensive expertise in security operations, personnel management, safety procedures, emergency preparedness, and the protection of people and facilities.
Vladimir joined the Beth El Staff in September 2026 after having served as the Head of Security for the Posnack School for the past ten years. The Posnack School is an 850-student, K-12 Jewish Day School located in Davie. Prior to that, Vladimir served as the Security Manager for the Jewish Federation of Broward County.
Vladimir is fluent in Hebrew, English and Russian, and is a former soldier of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where he developed a strong foundation in discipline, responsibility, situational awareness, teamwork, and security operations. Vladimir and his wife Brooke, have two children who attend the Beth El Early Learning Center.
