A popular verse from this psalm, and one you can listen to our cantors singing in this message as well, is verse 4: “One thing I ask of the LORD, only that do I seek: to live in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD, to frequent His temple.” The question put before God here asks how we can live in God’s house all the days of our lives.
